If you’re not completely happy with your purchase,
we’re here to help with a simple and fair exchange or return process.
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items may be exchanged for store credit or another size if available.
We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem.
Email us at sales@libredistri.com with your order number and exchange request.
We’ll provide instructions and a return label if applicable.
Once we receive your item in original condition, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost (within the U.S.).
Returns & Refunds
If you prefer a refund:
Contact us at sales@libredistri.com to start the process.
You’ll receive a pre-paid return label (if applicable), and we’ll process your refund to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
First-time exchanges are free within the U.S.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund for general returns unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or wrong item, we’re truly sorry. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right — fast and at no cost to you.
