If you’re not completely happy with your purchase,

we’re here to help with a simple and fair exchange or return process.

 

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items may be exchanged for store credit or another size if available.

  • We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.

  • Email us at sales@libredistri.com with your order number and exchange request.

  • We’ll provide instructions and a return label if applicable.

  • Once we receive your item in original condition, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost (within the U.S.).

Returns & Refunds

If you prefer a refund:

  • Contact us at sales@libredistri.com to start the process.

  • You’ll receive a pre-paid return label (if applicable), and we’ll process your refund to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • First-time exchanges are free within the U.S.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund for general returns unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or wrong item, we’re truly sorry. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right — fast and at no cost to you.
